Bogha Bags was created by Ciara Masterson on her return to Ireland in 2024.

Ciara graduated from The National College of Art & Design Dublin in 2018 with a BA (Hons) in fashion design, and soon after, relocated to the UK to start her career in the fashion industry.

Ciara spent 6 years in London working as a designer for various UK high street brands, during which time she seen first hand the sheer amount of waste produced daily and the implications the fast fashion industry can have on our planet.

On her return to Ireland, Ciara knew she wanted to continue her love of designing and making, but in a more considered and ethical way this time.

Add on her love for vintage and second hand shopping and it was a no- brainer, Bogha Bags was born.
